We started in the trade sector by restructuring and selling a home appliance retail chain with a presence in over 30 medium and large cities, and eventually attracting new customers within this industry.

In the service industry, we have provided business feasibility analysis services and established a car rental chain, with new outlets opened in several states.

We have provided Business Appraisal services for a language school using the very latest valuation methods, and carried out its spin-off. An additional service engagement in this line of business was the appraisal of a citrus company, and later spin-off with the separation of an associate. Yet another similar job was the appraisal of a car resale and rental firm, and its eventual spin-off proportional to the interests held by each shareholder.

Our experience in business availability and financial funding includes projects with development funds, investment funds and arrangements with investors to pursue a number of new transactions.

Our current portfolio of ongoing projects is mostly related to the sugarcane industry, raising funds as high as 800 million reais (about 460 US dollars as of Sep 05, 2008) for new investments.
