A chain of English language schools which relied on Auston for asset appraisal on a per-share basis to set business value through the Discounted Cash Flow approach, setting up schools and devising an equal sharing strategy among shareholders, all in a tax-planned spin-off.

Survey and price-fixing of Mobili and Mar Azul car rental assets, business appraisal through the Discounted Cash Flow approach, projection of operations into three scenarios and fixing of a good purchase value for the companies' shares.

Usina Palestina * (sugarcane mill)

Drafting and submission of Pre-consultation and Fundraising Project to BNDES under the FINEM programme for the execution of a Green Field project for ethanol and power in the state of São Paulo, with a milling capacity of 1.5 million tonnes of sugarcane. Operating since July 2007.

Usina Cidade Gaúcha (sugarcane mill)

Financial project drafting for funding through prepayment of receivables out of sugar sales, for the purpose of setting up a thermal power station with a 60MW/h capacity. Agricultural Commodity Bill (CPR) transaction worth 40 million reais involving Banif bank, Framasa insurance broker and the J. Malucelli insurance company. Operating since August 2007.
